Same thing happened to Rolando McClain when he was in school. But of course, that mitigating factor didn't get any consideration from rival fans.
Now that that "fact" has emerged, some of those same rival fans are excusing Hill's violent reaction because of the same mitigating factor.
Of course, Ro has since shown he hasn't learned a damn thing about accountability, grown up behavior, or maturity and continues to act the fool even without being called a racial slur.
Let's hope for Hill's sake he takes a path opposite from Ro's.

There is precedent for the "knockout game", and it's not like he hasn't had trouble with the law before.
If it's on video, the facts will come out soon enough. Too early to trust what people "in the know" actually know and that's on both sides, imo.
