Jalen Mills, Jalen Collins, and Micah Eugene all played against Ole Miss. Not sure where you started 2 TF cbs but it wasn't against Ole Miss.
Well Eugene was a safety and Mills and Collins were the nickel and dime backs. But that's too hard to figure out.

I was referring to last year in general. I couldn't tell you who started against OM, honestly.
robinson and white got starts last year

But I know LSU has a hell of a staff and a D returning that has a ton of potential.
All BS aside, I think this is the point trying to be made here. Right now, you and the rest of the LSU contingent is banking on recruiting and the possibility everyone develops. Could very well happen. Right now, OM has everyone back minus 2/3 big impact players.

Should be a good game.
I think so, too.
ETA: while the OM 2014 class wasn't as "top heavy LOL" as the '13 class, there is some solid talent there. Y'all act like Freeze took the offseason off. There were several guys I fully expect to come in and wreck shite that were red shirted from that '13 class as well.

I've yet to see any real evidence that discounts the sentiment that ole miss isn't better across the board.
Better at institutionalized racism, that's for sure.

LSU has had no issue developing players on on defense.
Our offense will likely take a step back.
but our D will be much better than last year, and that has just as much to do with recruiting and developing talent.
i think the depth we have on d is being underestimated.

You know it's a good thread when the best arguments resort to "lol racist old piss" comments. Clever you are.

Mills started per LSU's website. Unfortunately the site is poorly laid out so I can't tell you who started opposite. I know Mills was matched up on Moncrief a lot. Regardless, there's not really any room for excuses like that considering the injuries Ole Miss had. We had to convert a walk-on TE to DE just to have depth in this game, and he played atleast a quarter if not more.

well this whole sentiment about LSU being young on offense plays into this perfectly. We have TF at WR and RB who are expected to do big things immediately.
I know everyone wants to discount LF since he's a TF, but it's proven that TF can make an impact even in the SEC. And he's the best RB to ever come out of Louisiana.

Ok. Then a developed D against an experienced offense should be a good matchup to watch.

Against a stacked OM D. Odds are in OM's favor here. LF may be a sack of hell, but our front 7 will be the best it's been in a while. And if LSU is as one dimensional as some believe they will be, I like OM's chances.

If it does come down to a defensive slugfest, then LSU has the nod at home.

You could be right. Either way, it will be a good game. If our OL stays healthy I expect a win though.

You listed the 3rd and 4th corners and a safety who isn't even on the team anymore.
Mills will be the starting free safety with white and Robinson (the 2 TF corners that started last year) on the outside. Collins MAY be the nickel back if he doesn't get passed up by then.

Depth wise absolutely. But our starters on defense are better than yours except at corner on defense.

Robinson started as a TF. And I didn't make excuses. LSU got flat out beat. Mett had his one terrible game.
But that doesn't mean OM is still the better team. We still have out recruited you for a long time and have consistently developed that talent.
And are we taking into account coordinators?

Louisiana is seriously underrated when it comes to producing talent and y'all have virtually no competition for it.
Actually, we're not really underrated in talent production. California, Texas, and Florida just produce more because there are so many more people there.

you heard that Mills and Robinson would be 1st team all sec?

If so, I'll take ours considering what cost you the game was Cammy Cam refusing to pound a 3rd string defensive line with all of your backs.

I've already said your coaching staff is superior. Of that there is no debate

LSU isn't going to be one dimensional just because all the dipshits on this website thinks they will be.
