Why is every Aggy on this board so eager to convince everyone that they aren't trolling and really are that stupid? I feel like I am watching a rerun of the scientology documentary.

Frankly, I'm surprised. Chavis was instrumental in giving LSU its best football season - 2011. I would have expected more gratitude from LSU.

You must be stupid or something.

I am glad the fat bastard is gone and his style of defense.

Chavis for Coach Steele and Coach O is a great swap in my opinion.

What should we have any gratitude for him, he got paid very well and then proceeded to be a dick, not that he left, but the classless way that he did.

Oh c'mon, you guys offered him a shitty deal and he looked for something better.

Y'all claim to be happy now

We're happy

He's really happy

If this goes all the way to judgement though Chavis isn't going to end up paying all that money. And I will eat my words if I am wrong.

I could be wrong, but I don't think LSU cares whether Chavis or A&M pay up. I, too, see this settling before judgment. Both sides are just chest beating at this point...

I don't think anyone outside of an aggy would say $1.3M is a "shitty" deal for a coordinator It isn't LSU's fault A&M overpaid. LSU just refused to get in a bidding war with aggy's utter desperation.

Not the money, the offer was to renew his contract for 1 year only. He knew what that meant, it's what every LSU fan on here told all of us it meant. Les either wins the west next year or he's out. You all said it then and I haven't heard an LSU fan say that sentiment has changed.

So if you're Chavis and you've been one of the best DC's in the country and another school offers you multiple years guaranteed, you take it. You would do it, I would do it, Chavis would have been a fool to not do it.

It's done. Y'all got some new blood in which some of y'all think will help and we upgraded over what we had significantly. The move might save Les's and Sumlin's jobs simultaneously

Either way it's made the post bowl offseason very entertaining around here for both fan bases

This is how a fool thinks. If you think that this is about LSU's owing it's best season implemented by their awesome DC, then you have no wits about you.

This is a new realm to you, where attorneys sue each other. Then sue each other again......use your head.

And for everyone else out there.....this is simply a reach for ATM to feel relevant in the SEC. They feel need to usurp Arky/Bama/Miss as someone's biggest rival. .........Need an example? See this reach.... LINK It's a gem.

The more talk about ATM the more validation. But all you have to do is simply call them out for talking shite.

here, here.

The "rivalry" doenst feel as forced anymore. Before y'all just hated us for skull dragging some of your best teams, but nothing ruffles LSU fans like a coaching change to a divisional foe, so now we hate you too

I'd suggest looking elsewhere to replace Sumlin after this season.

Maybe Muschamp

The I-10 rivalry is a natural one and will be huge in years to come. To many business and personal relationships between south Texas and LA. Heck the company I work for is in New Orleans and it's already a blast. (one sided as it is)
My experience with LSU fans that work for me and with me is great. Good people.

I simply think you need results on the field, son.

Not a washed up patient at the Betty Ford Clinic. You have to have more than that to knock on the SEC's door, kid.

Dstone, you do realize that A&M and LSU have the same record since joining the SEC. We also have more bowl wins than LSU over that period.

And I was alive when Nixon was president

All in good fun, you bit the hook of Chill, it's done and there is nothing to be ashamed of
