So you put a 2 loss non conference winner who lost to SC and lost big in their conference championship game over a regular season undefeated big 10 champ #2 CFP playoff seed who beat Penn St, Wisconsin, and Michigan but lost a close fiesta bowl playoff game (should have won) to Clemson.

Got it.

Yes, I don’t have a lot of respect for big 10. I mean Ohio state, Michigan and Wisconsin all lost their bowl games

Assuming LSU wins, 1) LSU, 2) Clemson 14-1, 3) Ohio State 13-1 (Big Ten champs and 13 wins). 4-6 would be 4) UGA, 5) Oregon (could make a case to flip these) and 6 Oklahoma (all 12 win teams). 7) Alabama would be here, best of the 11 win teams, with 8) Florida, 9) Penn State and 10) Notre Dame.

Under this scenario, LSU would have wins over 5 of the final top 10. Not sure how many times that has been done in CFB history.

I don't have a lot of respect for teams who lost to South Carolina this year.

Then you better pucker up and hang onto you hat. Because, if they're better than Bama accounting for everything that happened before the game with injuries and the horrible antics(miscues) during tbe game that we lost by "5" pts, then brother your in trouble! However, I don't believe that's the case, because Bama with Mack the Knife having gained valuable experience and the "D" s showing against Mich that they're growing up and playing much closer to the Bama standard would likely beat those teams
and certainly would not lose by more than 3-7 pts at worse.

What's your justification for putting UGA ahead of Ohio State?

Not the OP but it's plain that UGa's juggernaut offense was his reason.

Bama isn’t number 2 this year. I’d have the between 5 at the very best.

Better wins ( Notre Dame, Florida, auburn and Baylor)

That's not better than PSU/Wisky X2, Cincy and Michigan. And OSU just "looked" better too in every single game of the season against good or bad teams
