For those of you who have the opportunity to go to home games, if you can, take some pics of some tailgating cuisine that would not normally be seen anywhere else. I’m always having a hankering for creole and Cajun cuisine.

I think the pony express still operates in some parts of Oklahoma.
Better get some pictures developed after the first home game, otherwise the snow will keep the horses off the trails until spring.

It actually depends on the opponent if we play Arkansas we smoke a hog. Florida we smoke a gator. We always have a pot of jambalaya and hamburgers. Some boudain and quail stuffed with cream cheese and jalepeno. The dessert table has brownies, cookie cakes, cookies, and giant pretzel sticks dipped in chocolate with butterfinger on top. If you ever come to a game come to our tailgate it’s right by the jet by the south end zone. We also have ton of beer and drinks a tv and a dj.
