I didn't like what the student section did one iota. However your cyber menstruation about LSU fans is absurd. As a Gump you need to check your own fan base before you feign all of this out rage and horror.

He is an artsy/music kid that went to Piedmont College up in North Georgia I think.

It's interesting to me how many LSU fans are in here supporting this behavior. I like taking my 2 youngest kids to all sporting events at A&M and wouldn't if there was a chance of them being exposed to this vulgarity, i'm shocked LSU alum think this is a good thing.
As an institution of higher learning, LSU does not support this, and has already taken steps to curb similar behavior from the student section at football games. It will probably happen at basketball, too. The student section has already been moved from from the sidelines to its current location, behind one of the baskets. The next step will be to move it up into the rafters, which will touch off a wave of complaints by those who just don't get it -- LSU, the school, doesn't want that type of behavior at its athletic events.

I think most of the responses are just from less mature posters
I understand one or two rowdy drunks, and it's easy to tell a child " that person has no self control or is immature or his parents didn't raise them right"
But I think universities should do everything they can to keep sporting events as family friendly as possible

Does this mean the male cheer squad at aTm has to stop grabbing their crotches? Where does it stop? Clothing? Just certain words? Words you can say on the street in front of police with no consequences will now get you thrown out.
It sucks and the answer isn't easy. Home crowd support is necessary but not very effective without students close by.

I am loving this. This just shows how easily the LSU fan base gets so RUSTLED in their JIMMIES when they get called out for being vulgar at a sporting event. Instead of brushing it off and laughing it off they get their back side up and in defensive mode. Boy, the LSU fan base has the "it's us vs the world" mentality.
