LSU had a similar game at MSU last year and still won the SEC. It,happens and real fans know this.

Yes we played a bad game. A lot of talented teams play bad games. Say what you want, Auburn has one great de and one good de. We shot ourselves in the foot. Look at yardage. I guess UF in 08 when they lost to OLE MISS was done. Or how about Auburn in 2010 that won 7 games by a TD or less. Or how about the 2001 Miami Hurricanes that had a shitty showing against BC. Good teams struggle sometimes. In 2008 a good Bama team struggled to beat a very bad LSU team with a freshman qb whom gifted them 4 ints.
