While A&M was playing national championship competitive teams, Bama, LSU, Clemson, etc., each year, Texas was playing the Kansas states, Baylors, TCU’s. No one gave a shite, nationally, to watch Texas play Texas Tech or Okie state. A&M versus Bama, LSU, was a national TV draw. So just like always…you were the second public university in the state, established after Texas A&M…became the smaller of the two schools, became the second Texas school to join the SEC. Always the little brother and follower of Texas A&M. DeLoss Dodds and Texas ended the rivalry game not A&M. Why didn’t y’all join the PAC 10? You would have been right at home with the west coast liberal socialists?

How is the big 12 “ruined” if they’re going to be a bigger league after Texas leaves? You realize they’re doing the same thing a&m did, right (who also voted with Texas for unequal revenue sharing).
