I feel like LSU should win, but Baker has yet to show me he can stop a QB who beat him with their legs. It was actually worse the second time around with Reed and Milroe when he’d already seen them and knew what beat him. Pocket passers, I’m confident, athletic guys? I need to see it. If reed beats us dropping dimes and great throws like Chambliss, hats off, you were better, I can live with that. If he runs all over the field again, I will never believe Baker can coach an elite defense that can win a title.

Can and HAS. Twice. I’m not comfortable about this game at all. Our line is better than previous years and clogs up the run very well so I’m hoping it’s a little different this time. I’ll believe it when I see it though. QBs who were average and had awful games at times (Reed, Milroe) had career nights multiple times against Baker. Season could get very spicy for Lane if things go south tomorrow and we’re not even to October yet. First year, new roster, he gets somewhat of a pass but damn, that’s a lot of money spent and are people willing to keep spending? Time will tell. Love CFB regardless and there’s still plenty of good games to watch all year. I don’t have quite the same passion for my team as I did when I was younger and still enjoy the sport overall more than living and dying with my school. Guess that’s a part of aging, or the new NIL era where it’s just semi-pro ball anyway.

I’m taking A&M in this game. Both teams coming off losses and then it’s basically an elimination game. Elko seemed pretty motivated to get A&M playing better this week after the UK game. Kiffin was taking backhanded shots at Sankey in his press conference earlier in the week. Seems Elko is more focused on this week. Give me A&M just for that reason.

If you saw Elkos press conference he didn’t mince words. He was mad as hell. So yeah. He’s going to have them playing much better. But we will still lose. Cause that’s what we do.

Elko was pretty hot. He seemed pretty locked in. The LSU QB is a turnover machine as well. Those are the two reasons I give A&M the edge.

Nobody is comfortable about this game. We don't know if Reed will be the great Reed or the Reed that can't make the correct RPO decision.
We don't know if we pin Leavitt in the pocket, and defend on the back side.
Similarly. LSU is wondering if Leavitt can complete a pass from the pocket.

I don’t know who steps up for LSU to replace Green this week. From what I have watched of LSU this season I see nobody the scares me out wide. Maybe that changes this week but A&M feels like the more dependable team right now. LSU just feels like they are all over the place right now.

As much as I'd love to watch the Bayou burn tmrw...I need LSU to not spiral like last season and I just have a tough time pulling for whacko homo farmers

did u see us play last week? what makes u feel this way? LSU was two plays away from potentially tying a top 10 team on the road.
