Yeah, and Arkansas loses when they go up against someone with both a great defense and a running game.
well depending on whether you count msu, ark is 2/3 in games that fit that description. I'd definitely say bama and sc qualify.

That they don't use. They average 35 points per game and they're a pro-style offense. That's good enough for me.

Where am I wrong?

I said LSU has given up 425 pass yards to ranked opponents, which they have.

When it comes to this game, throw everything out.

Both teams will make plays and it will be a close game in which both teams have opportunities to win the game.

The only thing that worries me is LSU's want to return to Baton Rouge with the knowledge of the outcome.

425 passing yards TOTAL over 3 games against ranked opponents

Oh, don't forget about the 2 TD/6 INT vs ranked that favors our passing defense too.

And?

Before you went and edited your previous post, you said LSU had only given up 100 something yards to ranked opponents through the air.

Don't turn into a dumbass on me this late in the game

LSU also gives up 5.7 yds per play against ranked teams.

Arkansas only gives up 5.5 yds per play against ranked teams.

The matchup strongly favors lsu. However, it being on the road and the fact that miles never puts teams away will give either team a chance to win. I suspect the the dt rush up the middle will give mallet a lot of problems, something that is taken away when lsu plays spread running teams. Lsu has one of the best secondaries in the nation. If lsu can execute on offense, they should win this game.

141 passing yards against our defense against ranked opponents per game. That's damn good

They'll put up a lot of yards, so will we. It'll be another game like the one we played against Ole Miss last Saturday. I like our chances, specially since we have so many guys on both sides of the ball who make big plays: Petersen, Nevis, Sheppard, Randle, Ridley, Ford, DeAngelo P, Shepard, Tolliver, Ware ... and let's not forget your SEC Player of the Week.

Vegas is trying to make money. You don't really think that a spread is a prediction.. do you?

I agree panzer. I think yalls supposedly weak offense will put up more yards than people think and our o will put up more than lsu has allowed in awhile. The winning team will score 30 or more.

Do you think we'll have 200 yards or less against LSU?

Vegas has the want to appreciate the delicate balance between the perception of the final score.
