lower bowl seating will be moved away from court/bench areas so most of the lower seating close to court will not be utilized due to COVID.

Announcers will call games remotely, will not be in arena.

Any other SEC teams announced their policies?

I'm pretty sure we're capping at 15% which would be a little over 3,000.

But maybe that will get some louder fans in the lower bowl for us. Get some of those blue hairs out.

We weren't capped at 3,000 before? Weird.

Wondering if SEC put in any guidelines?
Tenn and UK could bring in more fans since their arenas capacity is bigger

They announced Reed Arena will be unofficially capped at 2x the official restricted capacity.

So the CDC says we can vote if we have COVID but we can’t fit more than 3,000 people in a 20,000+ arena. Makes sense

Apparently this will be mandated for entire SEC

Floor seating and lower areas of PMAC seating will not be available because of an SEC mandated buffer zone between all players and fans in attendance

Where are some teams going to find 3,000 fans to attend?
