He's a good QB and you gotta admire his cockiness and confidence. And also the fact that he's looking at movies of what has to be done. One small difference may however be that most of the coaching staff on hand @ UA vs LSU will likely not have accepted promotions elsewhere. And are just showing up per the contract waiting to take their new jobs elsewhere. Plus early on last years Alabama was just so much better than everyone else they had only one way to go...down hill. And you could see it from State to Citadel (hell they lead us what 10-0 at the half or something). To AU to UGA to OU and then CU. Plus Bama had just humiliated Clemson the previous year shutting them totally down with 4 first downs. We may not win a game this year but everybody needs a little humbling and we got it. So we'll see.

Yeah just get those play makers into space. It’ll work just like that. Especially with that new dude bringing in RPO’s. Considering nobody else in the country runs those it should be really great.

Saban takes all games on schedule seriously. He hasn't lost to a non ranked team since his 1st yr at Bama.
For some reason it does seem he puts more emphasis on the LSU game. Always a bigger smile after the win.

Saban doesn’t even watch film on lsu anymore. He knows exactly how to beat them with minimal gameplan. It’s actually hilarious

If LSU is smart they will watch both the Arkansas and Clemson games because Clemson helped themselves to a lot of the Arkansas offensive plan (pretty easy to do when you run the same system and are buddies of the Arkansas head coach).
Now Arkansas didn't have near the talent to hang in there with Bama but Clemson most certainly did.
