This decade

LSU:

Football- 2 NCs, BCS Bowls(4-0), 3 SEC titles
Basketball- 1 Final Four, 3 SEC titles
Baseball- 2 NCs, 5 CWS, 2 SEC titles

Florida:

Football- 2 NC, BCS Bowls(3-1), 3 SEC titles
Basketball- 2 NCs, 3 Final Fours, 3 SEC titles
Baseball- 1 CWS, 1 SEC title

They are the top programs in the three biggest sports(football, men's basketball, and baseball; also D-1) this decade. They both have 4 NCs which is unmatched by any other teams in the country.

Throw in Women's Basketball (5 final fours) to complete the Big Four and LSU should be #1 in the nation this century.
