Huh, huh... you said bone chicken, uh huh.
This whole Magnolia Bowl mess = COMPLETE AND TOTAL ADMIN FAIL.

Both schools should wash their hands and walk away.

And go back to scheduling our game on Halloween.
This whole ridiculous bowl business = GARGANTUAN FAIL.

End it now and both sides walk away.

What's Kige ever done to deserve comparison to that piece of shite?

Damn. My bad, Special K. My bad.

WRT = Bama Cowboy on MORE meth and heroin.

Why is it so hard to find a jersey for one of your better players??

It's because the insufferable, mouth breathing fricktards running our Athletic Dept are completely clueless about how to effectively market like a real SEC program. We don't have half the shite that other SEC schools have. This is the reason that our Athletic budget is LESS THAN VANDY!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, you read that right. It's a complete and total embarrassment.

frick you Pete Boone. Thanks for treating our Athletic programs like a fricking 10yr savings bond. a-hole.

But I WILL advise all of you younger Reb fans to cut every clipping, DVR every show, buy every magazine, get t-shirts made and burn every game.

And I am taking your advice good sir. My OM memorabilia collection will double in size this year. I, for one, am taking full and complete advantage of this year, regardless of how it turns out.

Nah man, Monroe. I didnt know their were any of us down there.

Yeah. He's good people. Haven't seen him since our 10 year reunion though. I'd think you might be related some how. Seems like that's one of those last names that ain't exactly common.

J, you from the Mandeville/Covington area? Went to highschrool with a Fortenberry.

ETA: And no, I haven't heard anything on him. Coach says it's sore. That's it. He'll prolly be 100% for SC if I had to guess.

I dont want the starters in past the 1st quarter next week.

As long as the 2nds are capable of putting up 50 on SELA, I'm fine with that too. What ever happens, we can't afford to barely (meaning, by less than 21pts) beat anyone on our schedule who isn't ranked.

Signed,

Yeah..SW Louisiana should put up a fight

Well, maybe you're right. But SELA will definitely be a much tougher game.
quote:

Same to yall. I want Gameday in the Grove twice this year.

DAMMIT!!! Now see? That's how you piss off the SG's. They heard that you know.
While you're probably right, I don't agree with it. If we're off (and this goes for all teams on a bye) you shouldn't move up unless there are totally odd circumstances. You should stay put and teams who won below you should move up if those above lose. Only way you should move up is if every single team in front loses. And then it should only be a spot or two. It's just wrong to move up for doing nothing. There's no logic to it at all, that's just my 2 cents.

I've watched the game up till the start of the 4th quarter...OM is not the #6 team in the country based on what I saw

You could say the exact same thing about LSU, OSU, Texas (until just before the half), Bama (until the end of the 3rd), etc, etc, etc.

It's too early to tell anything. Good OR bad. I don't think you can logically call anyone under-rated or over-rated at this point.

or 71.3 %

Where'd you find that?

I think it is a little early to call Ole Miss underrated

Agree. It's too early to know anything about any SEC team. With the exceptions of Bama and UF.
quote:

That will give you more options than 2 incomplete passes so you're 3rd and long and memphis expecting what's coming.

Disagree. We ran OUR gameplan and weren't worried about what Memphis was doing. Our coaches stuck with our QB through his shaky play and that shows dedication to him and to the plan. It shows our players that the coaches have faith in them to handle the adversity. Not to mention, Nutt didn't want to do anything different and end up showing his hand to the rest of the country.

quote:

No he was having a bad game period till it was out of hand for Memphis. Sometimes you do have to change your gameplan. It's called adjustments.

Wrong. Adjustments are moving from zone to man. Or asking the RB to stay more shallow on the wide side screens. Or asking the QB to only use 2 check downs instead of 3 so that the ball comes out quicker when pressured. Changing the plan of attack from balanced (whether it's 1st, 2nd or 3rd to keep them guessing) to heavy run is altering your entire game. It demonstrates a lack of confidence in your QB which is seen by everyone on the team. It would have been the wrong thing to do.

He was average for qtr 1. Horrible for qtr 2. Good for qtr 3. Very good for qtr 4.

No Hardy tried to slide over and tripped over him.

Matter afact it was a piss poor block but Hardy tripped over him.

Then you are completely blind and your seeing eye dog lied to you.

How the frick do you trip over someone backwards??? You think hardy was back peddling??? That little cocksucker fell on the back of his ankles (after completely missing from head on, conveniently) and then had the great idea of rolling TOWARDS hardy up the back of his legs. Someone put that little bitch up to it to try to re-aggravate hardy's left foot. frick that little punk. It was OBVIOUSLY on purpose.
Our second qtr was much worse than any other teams first in that list. imho.

I just got finished reading several threads, and the overreacting of SEC fans about their teams is freaking hilarious. People either seem to be insanely optimistic or the "Sky is falling". Not seeing a lot of level-headedness going around. Hilarity ensues.
