No it doesn't.
We are talking about how LSU cleans up messes. What has Texas being profitable got to do with LSU cleaning up messes? Somebody said people don't care about ND or Troy. Well, yes they do. The media and most of football probably care more about Notre dame than they do about Texas...or at least equally. But we are talking about context, which is football. on the field. performance. Which has little to do with Texas' financials. If they were tied together, then Texas would be broke by now.

I think of all the different ways that LSU is awesome, our selflessness and assistance to our messy conference brethren is most awesome. We really do deserve endless praise and admiration. We are the humanitarians of our league.

LSU only dominated everyone this season because the refs helped them win and only hurt their opponents every game. I’m going the reverse the roles of the fandom of both teams.
