I don't know if the Sugar Bowl reserves the rooms for those 2 games but the NCAA blocked out 25,000 hotel rooms in New Orleans for the final four next year.

Since I stay at Hiltons around 150 nights per year, I can get ANY hilton room reserved with a 48 hour notice.
I will gladly kick some of you out.
I used this at this last miniute for the Oregon game in Dallas at a "sold out" Homewood Suites in arlington.

I have 2 rooms to rent to any hot Bama womenz. I live in Kenner, but you can be at the Dome in 15 minutes.
