Texas A&M and LSU have been big rivals in since the late 80s. Arkansas is just both of our's little annoying cousin.

You have to win first buddy. Then you wil be a rival. Right now your are our new best friends for beating bama. Just enjoy that as those Mfers are the most corrupt bunch of assholes since the five points gang of New York and you will pay for that. You thought Texas was bad at least they were open about it. These pricks will screw you now is basketball calls, schedules, be prepared to be playing Florida and USC every year in your rotation and for mystery calls on scoring plays against bama, years if not decades without seeing holding calls against you, rivals dropping recruits two stars when they switch from bama to you interceptions that dont really happen, etc. they are the redneck mafia of college football and have their people everywhere to make sure they get all the breaks an you get screwed. we brought you in the join the upcoming rebellion but you will not understand until they are screwed you a few dozen times so come back in five years

Well there were about 50k people outside of Kyle getting drunk at 10:30 in the morning that didn't even have tickets to the game. I'd say it's coming back.
The weird thing right now is it has the feel of a rivalry but not the hate yet that was there in the '80s and '90s. Really A&M needs to win in BR next year for it to turn into a real rivalry again. That will drive the cajuns over the edge with hate.
I am caring less and less about the sips. I am really enjoying them slowly fall into irrelevancy and division. Living in Austin and hearing them openly jealous of where we are and the disaster their program is becoming is truly sweet. It's almost like playing them would be too easy, kind of putting them out of their misery. I'd like them to hang on the vine, maybe build their hopes back up, and then beat the every living hell out of them.
Honestly I think A&M ends up in a multiple rivalry situation playing LSU, Texas, and Arkie (who will always hate us but hate us more than ever now). Bama could end up being a fun game but they already have half the SEC as a rival. Damn I love the SEC.
