The SEC already has the Louisville market since half of those that live in Louisville are Kentucky fans.
Utterly false. Why do UK fans keep saying that? The Bluegrass poll proved only 25% of the city declared themselves as UK fans. UofL/UK collegiate license plate sells backs that poll up with similar stats. UK finally had to drop their annual game played in Louisville due to miserable ticket sales. Couldn't even sell out Freedom Hall against a top 15 Notre Dame squad 2 yrs ago. Just stop!

Yes, and I saw it was an NCAA site. However the NCAA is not the governing body for recognizing NC's in football especially since Oklahoma and Georgia won in the Supreme Court back in the 1970's.

Which is what I gave you full credit for. Nowhere on that entire NCAA list does it say NCAA as the recognizing body. just trying to keep the egos in check here before some rouge school screws up the SEC the way Texas does the Big 12 or Southern Cal does the PAC.
The SEC is the SEC because we are all in this together.

Had to bust your bubble but Louisville is a split city.
It has UK fans
It has UL fans
It has IU fans
It has fans that could give a crap about the previous 3
While I may be a fan of my team it does not mean I am so insecure about my fandom that I have to go buy tons of merchandise to reinforce my self esteem.

Yes because the Bluegrass Poll is such an accurate way to gauge this. You're outnumbered in your own city. DWI.
I'm a UK fan in Louisville who didn't participate in the Bluegrass Poll and don't have a UK collegiate license plate.

Louisville is a crime infested shithole. Those who live and work in Lexington make more money and have to deal with far less crime. I'd rather have dirt roads than walk through parts of the city of Louisville.
Let me get this straight. You live in Atlanta but call Louisville a crime infested shithole

Love it. Everybody was calling for Florida to stomp us by 21 in the Sugar Bowl, then when we embarrass them 15 seconds into the game, it switches to, "so you beat Florida...so what??" LMAO! Yeah we curb stomped a Florida team that Uk hasnt beaten in 27 YEARS. NEARLY 3 DECADES!!! Give us one shot at em and its not even a game. Same thing with Alabama in the Fiesta Bowl. Like I said, give me the $EC all day. Its a walk in the park no matter what the sport.
Love hearing uk fans rag our football schedule when they have built a legacy of beating up creampuff wanna be basketball schools that could care less about the sport. The $EC finished 8th worst in basketball this year...below not one but TWO mid major conferences. Big East football has NEVER been ranked worse than 6th. You have one last year to rag our football schedule then youll see Notre Dame, Miami, Florida State, Virginia Tech, and Clemson on the schedule. Meanwhile your basketball conference will still be the laughing stock of America.
Speak of the devil we just bitch smacked the $EC's best baseball team at their place in the Super Regional. #12 Louisville-5..#2 Vandy-3. One more win and its off to the CWS. That's the College World Series for the Kentucky fans that are scratching their heads, mouth breathing with a blank stare and wondering what the hell "CWS" means. Louisville is now 8-1 against the $EC in the big 3 sports this year. 2-0 in football, 2-0 in basketball, 4-1 in baseball. Yaaaaawn. Next???

Hmmm funny how paypal Cal has to BEG uk fans in Louisville to show up to the annual game in Freedom Hall. Yet still can only fill it up halfway. Attendance was so bad it is now CANCELED. Yeah outnumbered? They must be hiding in under their rocks. Not even close. You haven't sold out Freedom Hall since Pitino was coaching at UK.

Tom Jurich is a fantastic AD, and the corporate sponsors are nice, but your fan base has an overwhelming amount of geeds to fit into the conference. It's not all about the playing field.
Congratulations on your wins though

Nope, that would be the Big Ten. I can think the SEC winning at least 3 natty's since a Mich State winning one.

What, now we are talking about the past...which is it....the 80's seem soooooooooo long ago.

Brah, your schedule does suck donkies....be honest with yourself, UL if they go undefeated this year will NOT JUMP a ONE LOSS SEC TEAM....FACT.

Ahhh, yes...Omaha....love to get there...but I am sure you've been to plenty games at UL...I sure have on the Party Deck....counting the days to get rid of Hendo to make it there.
But remind me how many nattys the SEC has?

You dolt, Cal does not want to play in that dump shite hole called Freedom Hall....he wants the home game back in Rupp....not because of the lack of attendance. No brainer, play Baylor in the Jerry Dome or a cream puff in Freedom Hall.

Ah, the ever classic commuter school retort. One more FACT about the University of Louisville I'll educate the uneducated on. 27% of all students at UofL now live in college-owned, operated, or affiliated housing to Uk's 26%. The University of Louisville also had more Fulbright Scholars than ALL other Kentucky schools COMBINED. This isn't the 1980's anymore folks. Read up on your facts and sleep it off. Tomorrow is a new day.

LMAO!! That "dump" was just fine to play in the previous 20+ years but suddenly since you haven't filled it up in a decade its not good enough for you to play in??? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!! CLASSIC!!! That's rich! Too funny!!
Uh Fiesta Bowl was in 91..not the 80's. And if you're going to brag about 4 basketball titles from when the NIT was more prestigious and there were a whopping 8 teams in the tournament then I think a 34-7 pummeling of an Alabama team from a couple decades ago is fair game.

Why is it that Louisville can get 22,000 plus against podunk U at their home game but UK couldn't even sell out 19,000 seat freedom hall against a top 15 Notre Dame? If there was all these UK fans in the city of Louisville like you are trying to mislead everyone here to believe....shouldn't UK sell out a smaller Freedom Hall in what used to be the ONE game a year here? Please go on with your foolishness. Too much evidence out there to prove you wrong.
