Give me a freakin break you tool. You act like I badmouthed the Navy or something. Youre going to post our record from the 1970's against the $EC but cant handle the one record that matters most to you? You call me an internet tough guy when I haven't even come close to making a threat like you just did. Looks like I struck the grandaddy of all nerves. 66-14. 2-0. Deal with it. :booboo: :doublebird: :moon: :rotflmao: :wah: :usa:

Why Kentucky will cancel the series like they already tried to do while Petrino was here. Louisville has won 11 (soon to be 12) of 19 games by an average of 17.6 ppg. Yeah I would cancel it too if I were them.
quote:
Alabama = Nope, outscored 86-43
Arkansas = Never played
Auburn = Nope, never beaten
Florida = Nope
Georgia = Never played
Kentucky = Nope - outscored 692-565
LSU = Never played
Ole Miss = Never played
Miss State = Nope
Mizzou = Never beaten
South Carolina = Never played
Tennessee = Never beaten - Vols keep kickin your butt, 5 games with a 239-37 margin
Texas A&M = Never beaten - outscored 108-35 in 3 meetings
Vanderbilt = Never beaten - Dores outscored the Cards 112-0 in 3 meetings
1-2 against Alabama
0-1 against Auburn played in 1974, but never beaten sounds so much better doesnt it?
1-2 against Florida
11-14 against Kentucky They will cancel the series after we win again this year to preserve the series lead. 12-8 in the modern era.
0-4 against Mississippi State all played in the 70's
0-1 against Missou in 1981 but never beaten sound so much better
0-5 against Tennessee. Bet they wouldn't want to play us now.
0-3 against Texas A&M
0-2-1 against Vandy all played in the 70's
Hmmm, so UK goes 27 straight years without beating Florida and we wax them in our third try? Same with Alabama. Two of the $EC best teams. 2-4 against the $EC's best. Ill take it.
Couple series records you conveniently forgot to mention.
1-1 against Texas Louisville outscored them 57-40
2-0 against Navy 66-14 LMAOLMAO!! Keep on hiding behind the $EC though.

Here we go again. Id like to see a picture of UK's MNC trophy. Thanks.
From what I understand Stoops and your compliance officer aren't getting along too well. It appears you're taking several academic casualties. We'll see how many of these guys end up signing and on campus. Our 2014 class is far from done. I guarantee our class is in the top 8 when all is said and done.
That's fine Catfan, just as long as you admit your fans are just as fair weather as anybody else.
That ACTUAL UK attendance number for last year was 32,915. Where does that rank? Oh ok.
Here you go son. Ill repost it so you don't even have to go back. Good effort lad. SOLID effort though.
INFLATED ATTENDANCE NUBERS
INFLATED ATTENDANCE NUBERS
Grits apparently you failed to read my link and take a peek at the pretty picture above. No Uk is not top 25 in attendance. Not when you inflate the numbers. They were busted for it. This isnt an opinion of mine...but a FACT. Sorry bout that.
And one last post for you Grits before I get. Here is just another list of projects that are set to begin construction or be finished for 2013..not just for athletics but academics as well. This is a prime example of how fast we are growing. Every facility we have is top of the line. Take note of how many of these projects are from private donations. $344 million in projects. This doesn't even include the football stadium expansion that will happen when we move to the ACC. Incredible how fast this university has come in just 15 years. The sky is the limit.
And as far as Jurich and his dedication to this university. I actually contract work for TJ's best friend whom is a big builder here in Louisville. We did a major portion of work on Jurich's own house. They own a cabin together on Lake Cumberland that this particular builder built. Jurich is not going anywhere. I would bet my life on it. The man absolutely adores the city of Louisville and the people of this great city. There will be a 100 foot bronze statue of Tom Jurich before the man even retires.

You just cant get a grip of how asinine it was to report 44K for the Vandy game unless you have a visual so here you go.

I noticed that you left off what you guys averaged in attendance last year in Commonsmell Stadium. Would you be so nice to report those figures here?
You cant go by what UK officials report as far as attendance. They have inflated their numbers since the beginning of time...and got busted on it. Read this dandy. Hilarious.

Grits, you have WAAAAY too much time on your hands. I found myself beginning to speed read through that mess. The ACC will be our final resting spot.I couldn't think of a better possible home as far as academics, proximity to foes, and overall athletic success. The funniest part of all that mess was assuming that since Pitino has one title in 13 years that he wont win another for 13 years. LMAO! WOW. Um don't look now but we are preseason #2 or #3 in every preseason poll you'll find. That is the most ridiculous assumption I think I may have ever read on any message board. Billy Donavan, a Pitino protege and disciple, didn't win his first title at Florida till his 10th season. He didn't win his second title till....oh...the following season. Never mind. Ridiculous. Pitino taught Billy D everything he knows...yet Billy is 0-7 against Pitino in games. If the student can do it, the teacher WILL do it. We return 76% of our scoring from our Championship team last year. Stay tuned.

Grits you know whats so funny? Everything you just posted we have heard for the past 30 years. EVERYTHING. "Wait till you get to conference so and so, then you will nosedive". Every single conference we have moved to has been an upgrade from the previous. Here's a fun fact for you, we have left the past 3 conferences in the same fashion....on the very top. We racked up just as many Big East titles as Notre Dame did.And ALL we heard before leaving Conference USA was, just wait till you get to the Big East. You can kiss so and so goodbye. It has yet to happen.
With better conference affiliation comes more money, better recruits, easier sell, better tickets sales...you name it. Mark my words, take a screen shot, do what you have to. We will dominate the ACC like we did the Big East. Tom Jurich will make damn sure of it.

Yeah, although the ACC isn't much better in football.
Notre Dame, Clemson, Florida State, Louisville, Virginia Tech, Miami, There are 5 or 6 top 25 teams every season in that bunch. Then you have teams like UNC, Pitt, Syracuse, NC State that will pop in once in a blue moon. That is a HUGE upgrade from UCONN, Rutgers, Cincinnati and zero top 25 teams.
I give Louisville some credit, they have had a good year. Football is the hardest to give credit, just because of the awful schedule they play. Put them in the SEC east and they go 6-6 at best.
Impossible to say. Id say 7-5 or 8-4 with a little luck. We won more games in the $EC last year than UK, Tennessee and Auburn combined. LMAO!
Why Florida didn't show up is still a mystery to me.
Come on dude. Don't go there. That is the most pathetic excuse out there. Almost as bad as blaming the refs for a loss. Anybody that watch even 5 MINUTES of that game saw a Florida team that flew around laying licks like they were playing LSU. They didn't just come to play, they came to hurt us. I saw a Florida team get frustrated and fall apart when we punched them in the mouth and didn't back down. They were starting fights with us, throwing dirty hits, ripping off face masks, you name it. Yeah definitely looked like a team that didn't care to win. Beat it with that lame crap. Even the announcers made a comment about it saying "If there was any doubt Florida didnt come to play, I think we can forget it". I believe it was after the lick on Teddy that knocked his helmet off. We kicked their arse up and down the field from the opening drive till the end of the game. Wasnt even a contest.

I like how you combined two conferences together to post us so low. LMAO! So in other words 6th place in the ACC and MOST years 6th place in the $EC. Yeah thats not too shabby. I can just as easily say wait till we start competing in more sports. Wrestling is about to be added. We'll dominate that too. Sit back and watch it happen.

I'm sorry what part of UofL only participates in HALF THE SPORTS did not register? The fact that UofL has finished ahead of Uk 6 of the past 8 years is pathetic. It should NEVER happen...yet it has. When all is said and done we will finish ahead yet again. How are the Capital One Cup standings while youre feeling poll happy. Wanna post those too? Oh ok. Thanks for playin.

This entire thread was started by a Georgia fan asking if you missed the bus on Louisville. In short yes, you missed the bus. Grits, you missed the short bus. If you don't want Louisville fans coming to the board then don't post topics with us in it. You opened the can of worms, not us. But Im extremely happy I was able to educate some of you.
