The whole Brennan deal still has me shaking my head.

Why? The guy was one of the top HS QB's in the country. Did you expect him to come in and start as a true freshman over a 5th year senior? Dak didn't exactly light it up as a freshman or as a sophomore. Lamar Jackson was pretty average as a freshman. Jameis Winston and Johnny Football redshirted as freshman.

Terry Bradshaw didn't have the grades to get into LSU. He wanted to, but he couldnt.

Nobody? He was the #6 Pro-style QB in the nation and voted strongest arm at the Elite 11. I guess the experts were fooled by the those big numbers. I'm sure there is a good explanation of why Ole Miss offered him but decided to take a JUCO transfer and the #39 Pro-style QB instead?

Perhaps, or the fact that neither in State school wanted him and both were coached by excellent QB evaluators, and the fact that Miles even publicly stated he made the offer due to feeling sorry for him having zero other SEC offers.

IMHO he is Dylan Farve 2.0 but we will have to wait and see.

No matter how it turns out it was a bizarre recruitment.

Nice try shitbag. You have been “Glen Close from fatal attraction clicking the lamp off and on” obsessed with LSU. You’re approaching Cajun Bama levels now.

Now you are just talking out your arse. Brennan had several SEC offers and offers from other P-5 schools. Les Miles "felt sorry for him" and that's why he offered? He committed on his visit right after he was offered. How bizarre!!

Not sure if you are just full of shite or a liar, really does not matter just curious.

For a good laugh go back and read both Miles and his coaches comments, at least you will be better informed, his coaches twitter tirades against schools for not offering Brennan are something to behold.

You guys were sold a pig in a poke on this one.

Why don't you just post the link to Miles public stating that he offered a scholarship to Myles Brennan because he felt sorry for him?

I'll be glad to post Brennan's recruiting profile showing his offer list?

Something about your offense, every skill player that transfers out of LSU seems to ball out at their next school. For example, the WR that went to SMU.

Brandon Harris?

Diarse?

Oh, SMU lost to La Tech

It's my understanding that HIS HIGH SCHOOL COACH was pissed that Ole Miss had not offered. They eventually did. But that's not the same Les Miles offering a scholarship because felt sorry for him or that the he had zero SEC offers.

It's more that Les Miles (the QB destroyer) used to be our head coach more than it is anything else. I don't blame Thompson for leaving the state under the circumstances.

Lets not act like this a recent thing. Both manning boys, terry bradshaw

man, the mannings were all about ole miss and payton loved ut. big deal. as far as bradshaw was concerned he, and fergeson and bert jones all graduated high school at the same time. all going to lsu was stupid. jones got the nod at lsu and bradshaw (with a learning disability) chose tech while fergeson went to Arkansas.

lsu picking jones was not a bad decision in any way. sure, they had to lose bradshaw and fergeson but ya gotta pick one.

The best part was the coaches claim Mullen had no clue how to evaluate QB talent. It is all easily avalable to view, the coontigers can do their own legwork.

Facts don't change no matter how many times you try to bullshite yourself and others.
