The LSU butthurt over Saban leaving Baton Rouge and winding up in Tuscaloosa is really something to behold. I don't think we'll ever really grasp the magnitude of Nick's transgression.

Jones apparently called Saban yesterday. LINK

Good job reporting a "rumor" as fact.

What are you all hearing about the rumors Jerry Jones has put a call into Nick Saban to find out his interest level in coming to the @dallascowboys ?

If someone is going to be breaking the news about Nick Saban heading to the Dallas Cowboys, I can think of MANY more people who would have credible info to break the news: say Adam Schefter, Jay Glazer, John Clayton, even Ian "throw crap at the wall and hope it sticks" Rapoport, etc.

Saban is the ultimate control freak. I just don't see him going to a team where the owner is also a control freak.

It is not happening. Saban has 5-6 more years at Bama easy. He wants a couple more championships to cement his legacy.

The NFL could hurt his image

Jones would want to hire Saban to pull him away from the SEC West and open the door for his Alma Mater, Arkansas, to make a run.

You had me going, KSG, until this line.

Good one. That was funny. Arkansas making a run

Jerry Jones and Nick Saban working together = room not big enough for those two egos.

Jones and Saban would never work.

Saban is too old to put up with Jerry's shite.

Oh yeah, well why isn't Alabama recruiting like it's "the mountain of football?" Recruiting is like a futures market, and right now, bama's stock is down.

You mean being in the top 5 isn't good? Bama is ranked #5 overall and has fewer commitments (meaning more open spots and opportunity to rise) than anyone else in the top 5. They also have the #4 average player rating. If Bama being ranked #5 means their stock is down, what does LSU being ranked #12 mean for your Tigers?

Your first two links are two articles about potential coaches to replace Garrett, literally anyone could be put in one of those lists. Your other link is some obscure tweet asking if people had heard rumors.

It’s not happening.
