Honestly if anyone should be pissed, it's Kentucky fans. They fired Hendo in 2016. He steps in as an interim in one year and does what he couldn't in 7 years there.

Ok let's talk real for a moment. Our hitting coach (Jake) is who Canni recruited and he has done an amazing job. Henderson is a pitching coach and a damn good one. Basically you have a great hitting coach and our pitching coach is HC for now.
Nothing changes if Canni is still HC. He knew the staff he wanted. I give Henderson props for keeping this team together. No doubt about that. If he wins the title I agree, he should get a year with all we have coming back.
If Cohen has a brain, he pays Jake Gautreau a bundle to keep him here until after 2019 and hires him as HC. End of story.
With our new stadium being finished by next season and Gautreau's recruiting abilities not to mention he is a great hitting coach who is young enough to relate to recruits , why wouldn't you?
