A&M seems like a program that has fallen to the cancer that is having too many people with influence on the program. Too many boosters who demand to have a voice

The search seems to be pretty tight lipped and has been thoughtful. What have you seen so far that makes you say this about the boosters?

Every Aggie I know says it's Mike Elko or Jon Sumrall.

Nothing about this search. Just the general sense of underachievement for the past decade. Seems like there’s an anchor holding that program back, that keeps every approach from gaining traction. It’s not a lack of effort.

I believe Fisch would be a great hire. He'd be my first choice for State right now.

No, it’s going to be Elko. Makes me want to barf

I mean we won a Natty with Les Miles and another with a D Line Coach. Good programs find a way.

Have to resist making too much of one good year.

I remember when Joe Brady was the next offensive savant.

General sense of underachievement =/= problem with the boosters.

They aimed high with Jimbo, and it didn’t work out. John Sharp gave him an extension, which was foolish.

Otherwise, I would want to know if there were selfish interests that were hurting the program. I’m just not aware of any.

Why is Sumrall shooting up the board all of a sudden?

I would assume it is because Bjork knows him from Ole Miss. He was on my list before …

I like Elko.

And I am impressed with what Fisch is doing.

Very glad to hear that that silly names like Riley aren’t being mentioned

Riley isn't taking another CFB job.

If he isn't back at USC, he either retired or went to the NFL.

And you got a down vote for an honest, reasonable reply. This place, man.

I obviously don’t know anything. It just looks like y’all have the kind of problems that hurt programs when there’s too many cooks
