Kiffin will win and win big here. He's already getting commitments tonight. Gay Milkmen's worst nightmare.

Can you show me where I said he wouldn’t?

Joey Swampwater will leave LSU in a heartbeat when his chance at Bama comes...LSU fans know this.

how dare someone want to take a better job! i’m clutching my pearls on your behalf

Calling LSU a better job is pretty hilarious. 7-5 behind your vaunted Brian Kelly, sounds like a pretty dogshit program to me

It basically comes down to Ole Miss just being tired of his shite. Honestly, if I was the Ole Miss AD I would have done the same. They’ve been dealing with this distraction for almost two months now. Sometimes you just have to cut the rope.

Kiffin will retire in 10 years much richer than he already is today. His success at LSU will be no different than his tenue at OM.

LSU is a wreck. It will take him 3 years at minimum to get LSU where OM is today. By then, the war drums will start up why we have been 7-5, 9-3, 9-3 and not have made the playoffs. He’ll enter year 4 under much pressure. I predict by year 5 he’ll seek a Pro Job as a coordinator or HC.
No one will want him after he gets through destroying LSU.

Kiffin will be the Death Star for LSU.

Congratulations Tigers!

Coach has been fired. Your point? Irrelevant is post with regards to how good of a job one is compared to another.

Crazy all these southern posters who are saying praying over guidance isn’t valid and against the even thought of the possibility

I think that's what everyone outside of LSU is really mad about... is because he accepted a new job.

Soooo all non-LSU fans think Lane should have stayed in Oxford and not accepted a new job.

Nothing in what I wrote states any such thing, and I'm not mad as I'm not invested in either place.

He made a choice. He decided to go to LSU. Actions have consequences.
