I think traditions are important
I can tell you this, little kids think the yell leaders are cool as heck I’ve never seen one not go nuts over meeting a yell leader

Two questions:
1. Why did you start a thread simply to hide behind semantics and some weird circular logic? You honestly don't consider those strange "yell leaders" to be cheerleaders? Explain.

Not going to lie, I am not a big fan of the game day experience. Too many assholes ruin games. But I might make an exception for my baw
