Likely outcome, LSU 42 Ole Piss 24 and you go to bed alone, again.

Ole Miss 24
LSU 13

I think Ole Miss takes it because they know they will totally collapse as a program of they do not.

I don’t gamble much but I think I’d be willing to bet against that line…

I’ve got an Ole Piss balloon arsenal hidden in the Vaught.

I figure the only factor OM has going for them in this game is the revenge factor. I just can’t buy Pete Golding out coaching Lane and winning this game. LSU should have to spot OM 21 points just because Golding is head coach and that’s the only way to make it fair. I need to actually see Pete Golding out coach Lane and winning this game before I can believe he is capable of doing it.

Nothing against OM and the players but I have absolutely no confidence in Pete Golding. OM had to be desperate to even consider hiring him.

Making your coach leave before the season was over while you were in the playoffs would certainly qualify as desperate.

They could have hired Charlie Jr. Elevating any coach on the staff other than Pete Golding would have been a better move.

I’m not arguing that at all. I’m simply stating the were definitely desperate. And they did it to themselves.

I just watched to many good Alabama defenses get torched and commit stupid undisciplined penalties while he was DC to have much confidence in him. If he works out and makes a good head coach I’m certainly happy to come on here and eat crow and say I was wrong. Picking him though when they could have elevated any coach on that staff made no sense to me though. Charle Jr I’m sure would have stayed if he was offered the head job and would have been a way better choice imo.

This is their edge. But could be their demise if the pressure is too much.

No doubt he was a terrible choice and option.

I just never had any confidence in the guy. Like I said if he does well then I’m more than willing to eat crow if he does well and proves me wrong. I just don’t think I will be wrong though.

LSU by 10+ if on neutral field

Let's look this objectively:
LSU offense has put up 640 then 530 yards on offense with turnovers although that is unlike Sam looking at past seasons, and troubles in redzone last week when LT completely sold out on the run there

LSU 1st team D has let up 97 total yards and 0 points, averaging 47 yards allowed per game and 0 points is salty even if you're playing a high school team

Ole Miss beat a seemingly decent Lou team.
Ole Miss let up 38 points to Lou, and 330 yards to 1-11 last year Charlotte
Chambliss obviously talented and turns it up when it matters most. I have yet to see if Leavitt has this gene as he hasn't needed it, but maybe ASU vs Texas in CFP shows he may have it, as ASU should've won that game if not for blatant missed targeting the refs didn't throw because they knew how much the media has a hard on for Texas due to nostalgia of the 60s and 70s college football, and a time that once was.

I think LSU offense will be able to replicate or get close to Lou, so I'll say 31 to 35 points.

Having watched LSU defense, I don't see any team in the SEC putting up over 20. Could be wrong, but they are straight salty.

LSU 34
Ole Miss 20.

That'd be my neutral site prediction, so adjust for homefield like this, I'll give 4 points.
So either:
LSU 30 Ole Miss 20
or
LSU 34 Ole Miss 24

Trinison'de Baker has his hands full.
