fyi, that picture was from the first day or so they put it up. It clearly says "South Division". Someone took a picture before they added it and it has circulated but thats not what it looks like (nor did it look that way when you were in town).
It's a technicality and I'd prefer we just took those years down but it's also pretty clear they are division titles.
