The world of high profile coaching searches is so surreal.
Can you imagine this in any other hiring process?
Interviewer: "So Mr. Freeze, why did you leave your job at the University of Mississippi?"
Freeze: "Well, I used a university-issued cell phone to arrange for the services of prostitutes."
Interviewer: "..."
Freeze: "Oh, the prostitutes weren't for me! They were for the teenagers I was recruiting."
Interviewer: "..."
Freeze: "So I'll see myself out, then?"
Interviewer: "Yeah."
Can you imagine this in any other hiring process?
Interviewer: "So Mr. Freeze, why did you leave your job at the University of Mississippi?"
