For rivals like Auburn, GT or Florida, a loss is a big deal simply because it's to a rival. Bama isn't that.
Losing to Bama in the playoffs hurts. I remember that in 2017. But if it had been another team it would have felt just as bad. Beating Bama to win a national title felt great. But it felt just as good when we took TCU to the woodshed.
Neither game against Bama this year has meant much. If we face a third time... it will. But there isn't any kind of fixation with beating bama for UGA. We just want to make it to the playoff and then win it.
I don't mind Georgia, I'm just having a bit of fun trash talking.
But you have kind of replaced Florida as our SECCG rival.

Sometimes the ifs are "if they do this well instead of the things we've seen them do over the past several games" and sometimes the "ifs" are "well if the other team suddenly stops doing what they've done well over the past games". There was s a vast difference there but sure, we play the games for a reason

Yeah. Then, we watched and saw what everyone else saw. BAMA going for it on 4th and 2 from their own 14 and everyone that isn't a retard knew that BAMA was already in no matter what.
That game didn't matter. Celebrate. Enjoy it. I would too if I was 2-10 vs a team. If you played nothing but BAMA you'd be Arky. 2-10.
