Last year’s CWS final averaged more viewers than this year’s Stanley Cup.

This has to be just a weak troll.

not exactly the biggest fan bases.

Also not schools that would draw a lot of neutral viewers. LSU is a big brand and is going up against a small school. The story line is different for sure. Curious to see the numbers this year. Regardless, OP is just jealous lol

Poor little guy. Your fee fee’s are all up in knots. That’s what happens you go from 1st to not even qualifying for the tournament. It won’t get better for you because your school has a culture problem

So you're saying that 10 years ago NCAA baseball was 4th most popular college sport behind football and basketball.

Is there some kind of larger point to be made here?

Weird melt.

If baseball is such a loser then someone needs to tell Texas A&M before it blows Jimbo Fisher money on renovating Blue Bell Park.

I’m sorry $80 mil (twice) is a lot for your program . Try being better in sports that matter and you’ll have more revenue?

I keep saying this. It's a niche sport at best. Doesn't get tv till June.

For what what reason did you put all this together if you dont care about baseball? Does it matter that it's not as popular as football?

This screams underlying issue. Is it LSU?

The WNBA draft this year doubled the viewership of the MLB draft. In 2023 a women’s volleyball game had 92,000 people in attendance. Single events aren’t sports wide.

You used Championship viewers in your own post.

Someone else posts 2023 Championship #'s to show improvement since the 2014 number you posted and now it's not relevant?

2.2 million in 2014

2023 averaged 2.85 million across the series with 3.6 million watching Game 3 alone.

But, yes, college baseball isn't too popular, nationally.
