That game was labeled as a toss-up from me. Plus, it was an away game. With us replacing nearly all starters. And still having Ted Roof as our DC. aTm is in Auburn, while we have a much improved DC, and return nearly all starters.
Not very similar.

Children please stop fighting.
LSU goes 14-0. All blow outs but November 3. We beat bama by 6 this year

I think I need to go ahead and note that I think Alabama and LSU are sure losses. I think we split one of Arky and Georgia since they are both at home this season.

I really hope to see more Bama fans expect to go 14-0. God forbid they walk into Tiger Stadium at night expecting to lose.

6-6 Very tough schedule for AU. 8-4 if they can squeek out a win against Clemson and aTm. I simply don't see their offense being good enough to keep up with the rest of the teams.
L 1) Saturday 09/01/12 - vs Clemson Chick Fil A kickoff
W 2) Saturday 09/08/12 - @ Mississippi State
W 3) Saturday 09/15/12 - TBA (UL Monroe, New Mexico State, or Bye)

12-1 national champs after beating Bama in a rematch in Miami.
ETA: How pissed would the rest of the world be if we had another rematch next year?

Why are so many bammers predicting our record when the title blatantly says YOUR team?
As for my prediction, I say 8 to 10 wins, depending on QB play.

4-8 with wins over Central Arkansas, UTEP, Tulane, and Vandy

What is so difficult about "your team's" record that all the ba fans have to tell us about auburn?
Posted on 2/2/12 at 2:03 pm to WarSlamEagle
Bama goes anywhere from 10-2 at worst to 12-0 at best.

LSU goes undefeated.
Auburn goes 8-5 after the bowl win.
Bama loses 1 or 2.
Ole Miss wins two games.

Wondering the same thing...
Ever since 2008, according to some Bama fans, there's no way Auburn should be predicted to win more than 6 or 7 games.

11-1. Even with this defense and schedule, Richt will find a way to frick up at least once.

6-6 Very tough schedule for AU
Our schedule last year was tougher, and we still finished 8-5 with nearly a whole starting offense and defense of new starters.
You think we're going to get worse after returning nearly everybody, hiring a great DC, and being given an easier schedule? This just doesn't make sense.
We also didn't have stability at the QB position last year, before that excuse is brought up...

So many ?'s with UF right now, but at any rate...
Bowling Green = W
@Texas A&M = W (though I think this is definitely a tossup game)
@Tennessee = W
Kentucky = W
LSU = L
@Vanderbilt= W
S. Carolina = L
Georgia = L
Missouri = W
UL-Lafayette=W
Jacksonville St. =W
@FSU=L
8-4
A lot of games that are winnable (except LSU) but if the offense can show something as well as grt some decent QB play, I think we will be okay. The D should be in good shape for our success.

If Knile Davis returns to 2010 form..
11-1.
If not,
10-2.

And I'm not just picking on Monticello, FWIW...

11-2 after we beat some arse in the bowl game.
I think we lose to LSU in BR, and lack of experience on defense causes us to inexplicably drop another one to a team we have no business losing to ala USCe 2010.

Alabama will likely lose @LSU and @Arkansas this year, and Michigan is a tossup. We lose a lot of experience on defense and Hoke is killing it at UM.
So either 9-3 or 10-2 is what I expect.
