goddamn you're stupid. Did the detective say he knew he was 'delivering' a gun? Your whole schtick is based on that? It's factual to say the gun was transported to the bar in his car, it can't be supported with facts to say he even knew he was transporting a gun, let alone that he knew he was transporting a gun so that a crime could be committed.

Here's a nice quote from your link

quote:

Paula Whitley, Tuscaloosa chief deputy district attorney, told AL.com on Tuesday that “there’s nothing we could charge [Miller] with.”

You know what someone who intentionally delivered a gun used in a murder could be charged with? Accessory to murder. I wonder why the DA said Miller couldn't be charged with anything?

I really don't see much difference if he checked it or not considering he had about 3 minutes max while driving to come to the conclusion that friend of his was about to be involved in a murder based on a single text.

It's like the end of the Sully movie. Everyone wants to judge someone in hindsight after knowing what occurred.

I’ve said for weeks that I think he did in fact read the text before the shooting for the reasons you stated. But it is just as likely he saw it after arriving as it is that he read it immediately. Acting like he had comprehensive knowledge of the situation while he was presumably already on the way is disingenuous

Also as stated earlier, Miller arrived to a relatively calm situation

What about the guy that sold Miles the gun? Shouldn't he be punished? And the company that manufactured the gun, shouldn't they be in trouble? Should the 2nd Amendment that allows Miles to own a gun, be repealed?

You may be the dimmest bulb on the tree.

How long did Brian Kelly have to decide the winds were going to be 60mph that day?

The kid climbing up the tower knew they were well in advance.

No need to mention names, but there are a few posters who have really surprised me over the past couple of weeks.

I thought most of us were just here to have fun and mess with each other.

Really an eye-opening experience for me.

Brian Kelly made the decision to practice outside 6 hours before the tower fell over.

Brian Kelly was also not in charge of the video crew and did not decide to use lifts that day.

Stop being a hypocrite.

Poor judgement was being involved in an altercation or spat.. leaving the scene and then coming back with your headlights off. That sounds like the driver of the jeep was looking for trouble.

She was sitting next to him. Someone handed him a gun.. was it her? we don't know.

The video also shows Davis jump back before he raised his weapon to fire. Did the Jeep driver raise his gun first? We don't know!

What we do know is that Miller sat in his car, approx 15 feet away as if nothing was happening. I wonder who in their right mind does that if they think a gunfight is about to occur?

Miles moved across the street, so obviously he knew.. But Brandon didn't move. That would indicate to a reasonable person that he had no idea what was about to happen.

Excellent question

They will stumble and fumble as usual

Is that against the law? If it is, then Miller is innocent because he was not arrested.

Again you are trying your best to make things up after the fact, not knowing any real details.

Innocent until proven guilty.

This is a good point I never considered. You think at least Miles would have warned him what was about to go down.
