This thread is proof Arkansas is in the heads of the Ratards. Way too much effort against a team they are supposed to be "superior" to.

The only reason that this thread is getting ANY attention is due to the fact that LSU plays the Hilltoppers today. If that makes Hogtards feel special in some way, then glad I could help. If asking idiot Arky fan why he is stupid is considered "effort," then

Im hoping for his sake that his point is to not equate Miles' success 7 years later to Saban's players.

But that is the way it appears.

Well, I reckon I do appear dumb to you, because you don't have the sense to see the obvious.

Carry on, sir.

Ranking the SEC's football coaches

Ranking the SEC's football coaches
June, 10, 2011

By Chris Low

Veteran SEC journalist Jimmy Hyams of WNML Radio in Knoxville, Tenn., conducted a poll of 23 media members covering the SEC spring meetings last week in Destin, Fla.

One of the things he asked was to rank the SEC's top 6 football coaches right now.

Here's the way that vote turned out:

Saban was the easy consensus choice for top SEC coach, but after that, it's not so clear-cut.

1. Nick Saban, Alabama

2. Steve Spurrier, South Carolina

3. Bobby Petrino, Arkansas

4. Les Miles, LSU

5. Gene Chizik, Auburn

6. Mark Richt, Georgia

Les Miles:

Overall 99–38 Win % 72.3

Bobby Petrino:

Overall 72–25 Win % 74.3

This is why most people here on TD have no respect for many ArkyPhans..their "envy" talks and then someone like me posts the facts that make them look like "dey dum"

FACT: Miles gets much better as he enters the SEC from the Big12 and Petrino chokes when he comes from a Weak baby conferance to the SEC.

ANALyze this pig lovers!!

Apples to oranges. The situations Petrino and Miles walked into at Arkansas and LSU are very much different.

Miles is a good coach, LSU is in great hands with him as the HC. I remember when a lot of Rantards were criticizing him while he continued to put together 10 win seasons.

Clearly there are no other factors figuring into those percentages. Les Miles and Petrino really stepped into identical situations with their first years in the SEC.

I mean we had a star studded offense with Casey Dick leading the charge. Dmac, Jones, and Hillis were hardly missed with all the powerhouse players we had.

There are LSU fans who will be calling for his head the next time he loses.

Yeah we were worse than Ole Miss when Petrino stepped in. He had to build it back up to talent levels that were not there years before.

Dang LSU homers are dum.

Statements like above are why SLC (and DC RaiseHerBack + even SAo on occassion) are some of the good ones but it doesn't change the fact that Nutt had a better win% at Arky than BP.

. Therefore, there is no excuse on why Les got 21% better in the SEC while Petrino Dropped 21%.......again Petrino has Fallen shy of Nutt's win % entering this year so Bobby Needs to step it up to get the love outside NWA

Again..entering this year the facts are that NUTt won more at Arky the Petrino and Petrino needs to step it up to get out of his shadow.
