We have a 2016 crosstrek. Still drives great in the snow and ice (we're in Colorado), but I will say the transmission just went out, and we have a friend with a 2014 crosstrek that just had the engine blow.

Hasn't turned me off the brand, and I have friends that have had theirs for longer with no issues. My Honda lasted from 2006 to 2020 with no mechanical issues at all though, and my parents have had a CR-V, Highlander, T-100, accord with the same track record. Hard to beat Honda or Toyota when it comes to reliability imo.

StepL Discovered Shooty Hoops and is banging his chest about... something.

Haven't really figured out what yet.

I'm actually hopeful that the portal gives us an opportunity we haven't had before with the removal of the sit-out year.

Look at what it's doing to college basketball and how it bolstered us last year. My bet is that we'll see a similar effect on football as coaches learn the best way to use it. This may be an overreaction, but I could see it being almost as important as high school recruiting for Arkansas.

Sometimes it's not a talent issue but a system or coaching issue. If we're able to continue to showcase transfers on our team, we're more likely to land high-profile ones.

I'm a hardcore lurker when work is slow, but I'll do a rare chime in and second Latarian and Sao. I work in sooner country but even here, there were a good number of them who had heard of tFlagship.

I miss those days.

I'm just glad to see a game where the refs aren't blowing their whistle every 30 seconds. I think there have been a few blown calls, but I can't remember watching a more enjoyable game in a long time.

Actually letting them play...what a novel idea.
Neat Thread.

You should probably stick to your day job of posting dickbutts and stray away from posting things that require full sentences.

Since you're on a permaban bet kick though, how about a permaban bet that you guys don't win the SEC in the next three years?
This admittedly made me . Birth of the flagship.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Just graduated from the University of Arkansas last week. My college years and the Petrino era are one in the same...

I'll agree that this certainly isn't good for our image, but to act like it's come trump card that will spin us into oblivion is ludicrous.

Just like the competition uses the Pinkel DWI? The certainly seems to have caused Missouri so many recruiting woes. A top recruit would never consider going to there would they? o wait...
This is the rumor I heard today, but who knows if any of it is true.

I have to admit I thought Honey Badger was overrated til he had an unbelievably good game against us. He's had one hell of a season...and to think he had to miss a few games.

I wonder if this will have any effect on our odds of getting DGB. I heard that he liked McGee a lot.

Why don't you guys worry bout your own fans. I swear you guys are trying way too hard this week.

Also. Do we have any proof for this or is it just some internet rumor that must be true because the internet never lies?
