I don't think you know what you're talking about. Pope brought one player. His sixth man with him who wasn't a Mormon. The rest were too dedicated to playing at a Mormon school. They didn't want to go to a school where they could have sex without getting expelled.
Who did Cal take with him? Who did Cal already have at Arkansas?
I don't get the while Mormon things, but apparently it's a big deal within families

So its Cals fault that Popes players werent loyal to him and that he couldn't recruit?
Was it also Cals fault that your best player had a permanent spot at the end of Arkansas bench next to the walkons when he pkayed here?

They're all Mormon going to a Mormon school. They were more loyal to going to BYU than Pope. That's true. If I had to guess that's the primary reason they committed.
