They didn't sit down with Leo, get his testimony, get others to collorbate, report these the COI to get immunity, and then gave the players immunity. I mean do you actually believe that? The NCAA investigated OM for 3 1/2 years and came up with loaner cars. They were given a blessing on draft night, investigated that and came up with nothing. They went to the COI saying we can't get anything if players won't rat on their team so we need to give other players at other schools immunity to make 4 years worth our time. They were given permission to give immunity then they interviewed state players
We're obviously through here. You keep believing the same OM propaganda that your mouthpieces have been regurgitating for the last 2-3 years. It's been great info so far, right?

WiO is having a nice melt today.
Not that I can blame him really. It kind of sucks knowing your team is going to be bad for the next 5 or 6 seasons.

I like whereisomaha and don't mean to pour salt on his melt, but damn, the Spirit is waking up to reality faster than some our OM posters. The FREAKIN' SPIRIT

Well it's a tough pill to swallow for anyone. I don't feel badly for Hugh Freeze or Bjork but the Ole Miss fans just had a lot of seasons of football ruined.

Back in early 2014 David Johnson of 247 said OM is being investigated by the NCAA in regards to academic fraud from a previous staff and the 2013 class and to expect minor scholarship reductions. Based on the orignal NOA, with help from the NCAA we deduced that as long as one of the level 1's was reduced we deserved 11 scholarships removed.
So far no lie
After we received the NOA OM said the majority of the allegations has to do with basketball and track. This was true. They also said that that only 5 allegations had to do with the current staff. This was true. They said the penalty would be minor and had draft night not reopened the investigation this would have been true.
Draft night happens and our media says nothing will come from the Tunsil messages. We receive our second NOA, and nothing came from the messages.
For the last 6 months McCready has been saying we are going to get hit hard.
For the last 6 months Freeze told recruits to expect a bowl ban.
Why is it that you believe players offered up information before being given immunity? Why set a terrible precedent by giving immunity if you already have the information?

Do you think the immunity is a precedent?

I think we are getting fricked. Me arguing anything isn't against that. It's stupid stuff like OM "deserves" the death penalty. Or stuff like Leo took money from OM but not state. Or this explains their success. Its the idea that we are driving 100 while everyone else is driving 80 in a 70 based on a snitch mentioned 15k and loaner cars. I mean I read the boards. I see the allegations. I mean everyone knows what 180k and Cam means yet we are the devils because of something I had assumed you all know goes on everywhere

If auburn is being investigated and they can't find anything and they want to punish you they will now use immunity from rival schools to get the information they need. So yes, I think that creates a precedent that wasn't around when Slive was here. One that has all the sec schools ratting on one another. OM has already done this by giving information over on MSU. If they are hit with a two year bowl ban OM players will come forward with their own testimonies against other schools, IMO. That is the atmosphere this creates.

Bro, they have been giving immunity since day one, there is no precedent. This is status quo.

They didn't use it against Miami,USC or UNC. I am too young to remember previous cases, so you tell me which player(s) snitched on which universities

Leo is a snitch bitch. Only State would allow their players to play this game. So fricking desperate to bring down big brother it is sad. State hates Ole Miss more than they like State, it's sad.
They have been kicking your asses big time as of late. I'd say they are the big brother.

Kinda BS that a kid can admit to a major violation and still get immunity. Just as shady that state signed the kid knowing he was a cheating p.o.s. maybe the ncaa needs to move to starkvagas
You are blaming an 18 year old kid for the cheating that went on at your school? Are you fricking kidding me?

Freeze has beaten LSU as often in his tenure than Mullen has beaten Freeze. So I guess by that logic, you are our little bro

See our NCAA case in 2002 through 2004. I know at least two players at other schools got immunity, including at least one at Ole Miss. By the way, I don't like the idea of giving players immunity to pursue NCAA cases, either. I just want to point out that this has happened before.

What are their names? It can be alleged all day but every OM fan will know who Leo Lewis is and what he did. If what you said were true you would know who the OM player was

Do you really frickin' think this is the first time the NCAA has used the testimony of a player already on another team? lol
