Which ligament? I'm assuming ACL, but at this point an MCL would end his season, although the rehab isn't nearly as difficult.
Regardless, I wish him the best in getting healthy again. He seems like the type that will spend every waking moment working towards getting back on the field.

They haven't said. All I know is it will be in a cast for 3 weeks, then surgery.
I love that kid....

Terrible news for a great kid and player. The game of football gives stories of triumph and heartbreak. I wish Latti the best and a speedy recovery. Shame

The curse of Danielson continues.

Aw that sucks, don't like to see any athlete go down.

Sucks to hear that he tore something, I wish him a speedy recovery!

Hate to hear this, seems like a class young man. Hoping for a full recovery for next year.

There's a silver lining to this shite cloud, Cock fans. Lattimore will heal and then you'll still have Shaw and Alshon back next year, with a more experienced D. '12 could be the year of the Cock.

Alshon might Leave early.

Me either. The SEC is a tough conference to go it alone as a physical running back.

I almost wish that this had happened during a run, not by an errant tackle while he was blocking for someone else...I feel like the genuine attitude of this thread alone speaks volumes for what a good and likable human being this kid is.
