The official value of the party itself is over 100 bucks, I seriously doubt it will be this minor thing.
As said if he is honest he'll get off with a couple of game suspension and pay restitution. If he lies or Bama tries to help him lie may god be with them in this case as other schools have already turned their information in and they'll know what he received at the party and can value it.
