Well obviously by itself Miss St doesn't scare Bama, but sandwich them in between two top-10 SEC teams, with 1 or 2 of them on the road, and they become a pain in the arse pretty quick.
How many 1st rounders did their defense have last year again?

Not at all.
And like I said in the OP, Bama doesn't need any breaks. They're good enough on their own.
They just don't seem to play 3 hard SEC games 3 weeks in a row anymore, and I find that interesting.

I want to see Bama given an SEC regular season schedule where they have a 3-week gauntlet like LSU and Auburn.
Which 3 teams in a row would you like Bama to play?

Alabama NEVER, EVER plays 4 SEC games in a row. Did I say NEVER?
LSU, however, plays 4 SEC games in a row in the month of November almost every freaking year.
2012 : 5 SEC games in a row
2013 : 5 SEC games in a row
2014 : 7 SEC games in a row
2015 : 6 SEC games in a row
2016 : 6 SEC games in a row
2017 : 7 SEC games in a row
2018 : 5 SEC games in a row
2019 : 6 SEC games in a row
Are you guys just addicted it making things up in general or only about Alabama?

How about @UGA, LSU, @Aub
Or @UF, A&M, @Miss St
Something like that

None of you.
NONE of you.
Had the balls to play mighty Citadel between LSU and Auburn.

We used to play 4 SEC games in a row during October every year until they added a 2nd bye this season.
And we play 4 SEC games in 4 weeks next year between Oct 3 and Oct 24.
So yea, other than 80% of the time since 2012 you are right : we NEVER do it.

You know everyone gets two byes this year, chief. Or is it just Alabama?
That’s gonna break up the schedule a little more than usual. As was shown, Alabama normally plays 5, 6, 7 SEC teams in a row, with a bye thrown in there. I think you just want to find something to whine about. Are you a democrat?

Bama's schedule assigned by the SEC is objectively easier than its rivals.
Damn, you figured it out. You are smarter than you appear.

Also still laughing at Mississippi State being part of all of these "gauntlets"

Correct. Florida actually gets 3 byes since they started early.

No whining. It was a different gentleman who posted that Bama doesn't play 4 SEC games in a row. I wasn't sure if that was right, but I did respond to SummerofGeorge's comment about playing 7 SEC games in a row, which I knew wasn't right unless he was counting byes.

Bama fans are assuming I'm trying to detract from their accomplishments, when I've clearly stated that even if they had to play 3 hard SEC games in a row, they'd likely win them all with no trouble.
If anything, those 51-3 blowouts they put on CBS at 2:30 would have a chance of being competitive if Bama had some tough games bunched together.

I'd much rather bunch some of those games in early October than play out the year and then finish it off with
11/9 - vs #4 LSU
11/16 - @ Mississippi St
11/23 - vs Western Carolina
11/30 - @ #7 Auburn
12/5 - vs #3 Georgia
And then next year that would be
11/7 - @ LSU
11/14 - vs UTM
11/21 - vs Texas A&M
11/28 - vs Auburn
12/5 - vs Georgia (theoretically)
