Was at the UGA/Auburn game back in 2016 I believe. Hot rod was in his first year kicking at UGA. We were sitting in the end zone where the kickers were warming up pregame. Rod had his tee set up on the 35 or 40 yard line and his kicks were barely making it over the goal posts and were falling down in the small set of bleachers in the end zone. Daniel Carlson was set up 10 yards behind him and his kicks were going up in the stands 20 rows back

It was funny watching the two talk to each other and Hot Rod almost looked embarrassed. I was thinking then, dude looks goofy as shite and will never last.

Props to him. He bacame one of the very best and should move on to the next level. Congrats to him on accomplishing what he did. UGA once had the best kickers around and he brought that back.

Does he go to sleep with his helmet on?

I loved his fake FG in Tiger Stadium last year. Well done!
