If I were a recruit, I would choose MS just to play in front of those type of fans, in an incredible stadium.

I mean isn't Dudy-Noble the largest on-campus NCAA baseball stadium? I mean Baum-Walker supposedly have 400 more seats but, DN's outfield yardage you'd have to give it the nod. And, don't say Creighton/ Ameritrade. On-campus.
It is like saying Dodger Stadium has the largest MLB postseason crowd for current stadiums. Well, no sh%t. It has 4k more than Yankee Stadium. I mean if LSU built a 20k stadium and hosted a super regional next year they'd have the record. Just common sense.

Because no one wants to watch Mississippi State plaster Mississippi Valley State the first weekend of the season. No one expects those games to be crowded.

LSU still has the most fans annually per season for the last 3 decades or so right? I think as well as average attendance per game per year as well.
