That's true for people who don't know what they're doing.

Don't ask how I know.

Depends on how often. I know quite a few people who do it fairly often and are way overweight. If you drink a lot too you can still be fat.

I know coaching is stressful and can eat up a lot of your time, but you have access to a strength and conditioning staff and high quality facilities.

Just take an hour of your day to go get fit, or work out with the team. I guess exercise isn't for everyone, but you'll live longer and be sharper mentally so why not?

Yeah, I don't think it's lack of exercise.

Don't ask how I know.

Sedentary lifestyle + eating a lot, of course, but when you exercise you can take in more calories. In fact, to make gains, you must.

As they say, if you want to eat that cheeseburger, earn it. He has no excuse there because he also has a nutritionist on staff (I'm sure). Just a bizarre thing watching coaches become obese.

I was surprised by his lack of fat body seeing him on the sideline Saturday. That face pic really had me expecting more. He should only post body shots on tinder, that once cute face has left the plantation.

The nutritionist won't recommend chili cheese fries. Of course they are ignored

Not to mention free access to a world-class gym.

His doesn’t appear to be an “over eating” type of fat. Beer belly and his puffy face tell me he has an alcohol and probably a coke problem.

Lane needs help.
Naw, he'd be thin as a rail if he had that problem. Unless of course you mean CocaCola?

I've posted the same for years.

With free access to weight/cardio facilities, state of the art nutritionist, a wellness kitchens with qualified people on staff that will literally prepare anything and everything you eat and drink.... why choose to be fat and unhealthy?
