All hail God's glorious gift to college football THE ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE! How on earth would the fans and citizens of the lowly state of Louisiana DARE have hard feelings towards one of their own for leaving for the coveted opportunity to play for God's chosen team. They are truly just haters.

Our recruiting guys at 247 are some of the most well-respected recruiting guys in the country, and they said he wasn't forthright in dealing with them.
I tend to believe them but I don't have anything concrete.

Janzen was definitely worse. Very classless but with his Dad and Kiffin involved, it's not surprising.
Again, as an LSU fan, Landon didn't deserve direct tweets or whatever cussing or bashing him.
BUT, saying on live tv for the nation to see when the announcement was built up so much that he knew where he was going for 2+ years wasn't exactly the best thing for him to say.
It was the truth of course but why lead along the LSU coaches and have them spend the time and effort when he could have let them know long before.
He brought the backlash upon himself by HIS actions and now he wants to play the victim. He had every right to choose whatever school he wanted. He also had the option of doing it in a better manner.
Now, he keeps opening his mouth talking about LSU and people from Louisiana. Again, he's handling it poorly.

That's what made his recruitment so awesome. Bama fans had zero problem trashing his mom and calling her every name in the book for how she handled it, yet you're all seemingly disgusted for how LSU fans responded to how he handled it. It was idiocy all around.
Don't give me the "he's 18; he's just a young kid" excuse either. I was well aware of the consequences of my actions when I was 18.

There's a difference. His mother is supposed to be happen. She's obligated to do so. He is NOT obligated to do anything for LSU, or the fans of LSU. The fact that she, knowing the nation was watching, acted so disrespectful towards her own son, sickens me.
