It appears that South Carolina MBB was just a flash in the pan last year and their schedule this year to start league play is just bad for them.
I expect USCjr to start league play no better than 1-6 in its 1st 7 games.
Losing by 40 today

Looks like USCjr will continue to be a WBB school.

Honeymoon over???? He won more games last year than any coach in South Carolina history and that was his second season. It's going to be a rough year, but I like Paris. He can build a program. The SEC is tougher this year so yeah, it's not good now. I am so glad you pointed that out. Geez....

I don’t think it’s going to get any better as the year goes on. I mean it’s ok to lose to a ranked SEC team, but losing to North Florida Ospreys should have been a huge red flag warning this year. You could literally start 2-10 in conference play this year before it gets easier. I think yall miss the tournament this year. May make the NIT though.

The NIL will change basketball quicker than any other sport. It's a smaller numbers game and if you can get 2 really good player and a halfway decent support group, you can upgrade quick.
