that's just the pattern when they cut it. Just like baseball fields that have designs. They don't paint the field a different color to accomplish that look. LSU has a similar look, although not quite as defined as that pic of Kyle but it could just be the filter they used.

I think you're correct, and certainly hope you are.
The point of the original Twitter pic was to point out the maroon seats in the North End Zone, not the alternating pattern in the grass. I guess we'll find out Saturday PM.

Added all new TVs this offseason but the rest is crap. But I eat all I need at tailgates and I pee standing up so I don't really care about bathrooms.

??? No more than most stadiums that have undergone expansions over the years.
East and west uppers are identical. South upper deck club level and suites flow exactly with the east/west.
Outside of the stadium, sure.
