It is Eastern, not East

I live close to there, never heard who bought it or how much they paid. They had an auction to sell it, but it didn't sell. Was assuming they were asking too much at auction.

I knew the former owners pretty well.
I was talking about his family's place down in Owensboro when he was a kid. One of the biggest mall owners / developers in the US was from down there.
First question I ask from folks from there.

Moonlight and Old Hickory are both bad. Over-sauced and over-pulled. If i HAD to eat Boro bbq, I’d do Old South. That said, the good bbq doesn’t start till you get west of Princeton.
