Suing someone in civil court is not "pressing charges."
Pressing charges is when someone has you arrested and charged with violating a law.

Only the state can bring an action to proescute for crimes. Sarah is bringing a tort action which only allows for money recovery and no possibility of jail time/criminal penalty.

I assume you mean the Alabama fanbase. It was never really that big of a deal. It didn't float around that long. Most people didn't know who she was until the twitter war over Cam Newton. That was long after this alleged nude photo floated around.
