Kratom - What is this Ole Miss Fans?

So what is this that's being distributed on campus. Very sad news out of Oxford.

Sounds like BS to me if only 1 or 2 people are affected. But I don't know much about the stuff or how often it sells. Seems like it should be many more though.

It’s basically something former drug addicts use to help get off drugs. Mostly sold in smoke shops and middle eastern owned gas stations.
Friend convinced me to try it in college and I puked my guts up when I took 3 capsules. Apparently it’s supposed to have sort of the same effects as adderall if you take a small dosage and a Xanax when you take a large dosage.

I don’t know if it’s confirmed to be Kratom or if we’ll even know for a few weeks. Apparently this is widely available though, but I’ve never seen it or paid attention before.

Tianeptine and d-8 sold otc too.
They can run havoc on other substances when taken together.
However a lot of recovery clinics want patients that are on kratom to be on someting else.
Because they cannot quell kratom craving s like they can fent or opiates.

I think that must be a personal thing to those folks and an addictive personality.
Admittedly, I have taken it for the low dose Adderall affects and it was ok.
Since it was outlawed in Louisiana, I have not touched it, and I had no withdrawals or some other crazy side effects of not taking it.
Everyone is different. I get that. I do not have addictive instincts other than loving my wife - no pics - hunting, fishing, watching football and growing vegetables.
However, I do not disagree with you. I think it is the individual and if they are strong willed or weak willed.

I tried Kratom once and I didn't feel much.

Makes me glad I have a legal weed prescription. I always know what I'm getting and don't have to worry about some kind of weird chemical shite being in it.

Fentanyl usually arrives in America uncut. Gets cut at street level.
Asked a county sheriff why a drug dealer would want to possibly kill his own clients. He laughed at me and said that the dealer gives not a frick about each individual client. He wants the bulk of them coming back often even if he has to lose 10% of them.

Supplements get banned and then repackaged inside a new legal form until that's banned.
It's a cycle.

Zaza was highly addictive and behavior altering stuff and not suitable to be sold in gas stations. Kratom I dont even know what that is.
