It's called Kriby's offensive scheme.

There is truth in this.

Kirby and others are finding reasons to explain the lack of expected development from kids that show up on campus and perform.

“We’ve got to find a way, in this program, to not let that creep in and to have that same hunger you have as a young player, because we’ve had it happen to a number of guys that were really hungry, and they become full. You can’t become full when go play the teams that we play against.”

Kirby just needs to evaluate 2 and 3stars for hidden gems with a chip on their shoulder. A couple years of 2 & 3*'s winning the east will make the better players step in line.

Well he did say LSU is no expert, so didn't seem like bragging. He was just saying we sought change and did it. Now obviously the hard part will be sustaining.

It started by giving these kids press conferences for signing a scholarship. Giving them recruiting stars and what not. Tell a kid how GOOD he is all the time and then not expect him to believe it.

No, the sport only needs one petulant bitch of a coach, pretending to be disrespected 24/7. Dabo has the monopoly on it.

I’m sure UGA fans would take Dabo and all his baggage in a hot second if it meant achieving Clemsons recent success...don’t even try to deny it.

At least he recognizes the start of the decline.

Taking nothing away from Clemson but I think we can all agree the road for Dabo getting to the finish line is a hell of a lot less bumpy than the road we all travel.

Kirby and UGA fans/admin wants to win a title. The players however have other plans. They want an easy life. All this, according to Kirby.

Deandre Baker
JR Reed
Tae Crowder
Solomon Kindley
Brian Herrien
Eric Stokes
Jordan Davis

Transfers Eli Wolf and Lawrence Cager.

That said... Kindley was one of the players who may have read press clippings.
I dont think he improved over 2018.

It can happen to any player

This UGA team suffered greatly from lack of leadership on both sides of the ball. This was the biggest difference between the 2017 and 2019 teams. 2019 was just a collection of talented individual players. Glad they accomplished a decent season and Sugar Bowl win, but I'm looking forward to a better locker room next year. I was very very happy with the way the defense looked yesterday late in the game despite missing all those players. Best stretch they've played all year. And the second team O-line looked pretty good most of the game as well. Future is bright.

Kirby has had more success in his first four years than Dabo did and it's not even close. You all want so badly for him to fail. Dude's 44 and he's not going anywhere.

That disease is not only very rampant within the UGA football program but it is very epidemic within the UGA fan base. As it turns UGA fans into loons who actually believe UGA's shite doesn't stink until after they are forced to eat it.

Kirby is the new Les Miles of the SEC East, as his offenses, like Les Miles' offenses, are stoneage and very antiquated and also just like Les Miles, Kirby is the worse game manager in the SEC by far.

Very apparently, you are very afflicted with that same disease Kirby is talking about.

This is the truth.
Senior receiver was Tyler Simmons.

Senior DB was a low 3 star.
Senior LB was a low 3 star WR recruit.
Senior RB was a 3 star.
No senior OL, but a RsJr RG split reps all year.
(All damn good players, but not as vocal as other senior leaders in the past).

The 2017 class will be seniors next season. Depending upon who returns, there is a great opportunity for the Dawgs with leadership.

Kirby needs to look in the mirror. The disease at UGA is Les Miles Syndrome... He has fallen behind the times in offensive strategy/scheme.

2017: 13-2
2018: 11-3
2019: 12-2

Pretty good for his 2nd, 3rd, 4th year as a first time HC in the SEC. Plenty coaches & players would give their left nut for a team with those W-Ls.
