Kirby Players DO NOT Like Playing For Him

Disclosure: I have a soft spot for UGA...I was a big fan of Gurley and was broken hearted when Richt misused him during the SC Gamecock game. That said- Kirby is in over his head.
No one will ever convince me that Fromm was a better QB than Fields.
Most of the 4* and 5* that UGA gets turn out to be average players is a reflection of coaching
Kirby does not know how to develop his players
Kirby has a propensity to throw his players under the bus. I hate this the most about Kirby.
As a result, players leave him every year because they don't like playing for him. He is very erratic and out of control on the sidelines. I think this because he's trying to compensate his emotions and passion for his lack of experience and talent in-game management.

This is like the impeachment testimony. Purely jaded opinion disguised as a statement of fact.

The Fear on this Board is unreal. Kirby has made one major mistake in 4 years in Athens - letting Fields go. Everything else is basically collateral damage from that. Homeboy is 44 and will be around longer at UGA than any other SEC East coach. By far. Call me in 2050 when Kirby finally removes his foot from Florida's arse.

Lots of good points there

And UT will still have no SEC title

You forgot about the fake punt in the national title game (or was it SECCG?).

Fear of what? UGA is in the middle of their best run in school history and still can't win it all. We're amused not scared

Dont worry little man, I didn't include Tennessee in my post intentionally because we will still be beating your arse by 30-40 every year then. You are irrelevant to the SEC East and college football in general. How does that feel?

You mean the same Vandy that has a 3-1 record against Big Ernge last 4?

How many UT threads do you see posted by us? This is an absurd statement.

So irrelevant you decided to make your user name based off your HUGE upset game over said irrelevant school? 1980 bitch. I'm enjoying every minute of you mutts squirming over your program's unraveling .

Kirby is doing just fine. Haters gonna hate. Meanwhile uf struggles to beat Virginia, ut did their best to cheat out a win over fricking indiana, Bama looked like shite for 3 qtrs versus a bad Michigan team, and au got their shite rowed in by an upgraded Butch Jones ....
We are just fine.
We are just fine.

Guess we will have to settle it on the field then...
41-0, 38-12, 43-14
Call me when you get within 20....

Is that the last three final scores against UT? And two of those in Knoxville? Yikes.

That mistake could cost UGA a championship for years to come.
Also, realize that Kirby has developed a reputation as abad coach. The players obviously don't like playing for him.
All that said- I think UGA will still win the East next year and be in contention for the CFP. If they are able to get a more mobile QB that will help with a young/inexperience Oline.
Lets look at their current roster:
They are set in the backfield and their defense will carry them. As a matter of fact, I like their chances of running the table more, if, that's a big if, they can get a mobile QB at QB. Fromm was a leader but he was just too immobile and returning to UGA with a less experience line would not have helped the team. A mobile QB will help extend plays and open up the running game. see LSU.
Their Oline will be fine
They have the WRs to help out
They have the backfield and another 5* TE
Kirby has to drop his ego and pull everything together. Right now, his coaching style and game day strategy is NOT working. He's been exposed. Otherwise, he will find himself back as a bonafide Coordinator in 2-3 years either in the College or Pro.
